- Added the ability to connect to the handset via any Microsoft™ Windows© Bluetooth© compatible dongle. This allows desktop or laptop computers with built in Bluetooth dongles to avoid having to install the CSR BlueCore Bluetooth drivers.
- Added support for 64-bit operating systems such as Windows 7 64-bit.
- Fixed issue with blanking the patient display. The display would reappear after about 15 sec.
- Changed the name of the ETDRS optotype to Sloan.
- Fixed saving of measurement system when changed directly from control panel.

- Added ability to select (during calibration) the method used to display binocular stereo tests (eg Binocular Disparity and Worth 4) from the following options:
- Anaglyphic (red/blue colour separation)
- Interlaced Stereo Monitor
- NVidia Stereo Driver (for shutter glasses)
- Added Binocular Acuity Test. This operates similar to a standard Acuity Test except that the left half of the chart is displayed to the left eye only and the right half is displayed to the right eye only. This test can be accessed using the Main Menu or by pressing the Binoc button repeatedly to cycle through the available binocular tests.
- Separated Worth 4 and Binocular Disparity into individual tests. These can now be accessed independently through the Main Menu or by pressing the Binoc button to cycle between the available binocular tests.
- Add Duochrome Acuity. This operates similar to a standard Acuity Test except that the left half of the chart is displayed over a red background and the right half is displayed over a green background.
- Added ETDRS Optotype and ETDRS Chart Type
- Added "Cross" Target to Cross Cylinder Test
- Added option to the Fogging Test to transpose the displayed axes by 90 degrees.
- Changed the power off delay times to 5, 10, 15, 30 and Always On
- Added Timed Exposure option to the Staircase Acuity test. This enables letters to be displayed for a fixed period of time only.
- Updated AT20R manual.

- Added ability to exclude letter combinations (words) that should be displayed by editing the SystemSettings.xml file. Excluded common obscene/undesirable words.
- Calibration wizard now hides the main control panel when calibrating - to make calibrating with a single screen easier.
- Removed AOTX letters from Snellen Optotype
- Fixed precision of Metric Acuity values display on the handheld controller. Values less than 10 are now displayed with one decimal place.
- Fixed display crowding when using Lea Optotype with some screen configuration
